Our website support plans provide security against bugs or compatibility issues that may arise as web browsers and technologies change. They are also ideal for those businesses that don’t have the time or skills to keep their websites up-to-date.
All of our Website Support plans offer discounted pricing to customers hosting with Quikclicks and our higher-level Support plan comes bundled with an enterprise-level backup service to ensure piece of mind with automated, secure backups on military-grade data centres.
Things you need to know:
* Support plans are charged quaterly, in 3 month blocks via Direct Debit. The ongoing service can cancelled at any time. Discounted “bundle” pricing for websites hosted ona Quikclicks Web Hosting account.
Unused Support or update hours can not be rolled over to following month.
Updates to the website (such as, updates to website settings, features/functionality, content, layout, etc) are classified as ‘Updates’ and are not included as Support items.
If a support issue is related to the client’s own hosting server or network being unavailable, Quikclicks will not be responsible to resolve those issues. In such cases, Quikclicks will provide instructions for a client to liase with their hosting provider to get server access restored.
