Things you need to know:* Support plans are charged quaterly, in 3 month blocks via Direct Debit. The ongoing service can cancelled at any time. Discounted “bundle” pricing for websites hosted on a Quikclicks Web Hosting account. If a support issue is related to the client’s own hosting server or network being unavailable, Quikclicks will not be responsible to resolve those issues. In such cases, Quikclicks will provide instructions for a client to liase with their hosting provider to get server access restored. |
